Helstar is an American heavy metal band formed in Houston, Texas, in 1982 by guitarist Larry Barragan.

Helstar has never officially split up but went into a period of minimal activity following the release of Multiples of Black in 1995. 

The band reunited for at least one show in 2001 at the Bang Your Head festival, before eventually reuniting with the Remnants of War line-up in 2006.

My Personal Opinions:

I listened to their all albums and even demos and singles, pretty talented musicians, their genres are a bit complicated, quite multiple, and sort of independent, sometimes thrash metal sometimes power metal sometimes classic but heavily progressive mostly.

Nosferatu album for instance is a typical progressive metal in my opinion including lots of classical music themes, riffs, and sound.

But this very imaginary album that ı created here is based on my favorite genres and my own personal taste which are N.W.O.B.H.M. and power metal.

the opening track 'Towards The Unknown! for instance is a typical N.W.O.B.H.M song and the following track 'Burning Star' sounds like Diamond Head's 'Am I Evil' to me, we have also An Angel Witch cover song 'White Witch' which is really so cool.

And the rest of the songs are classic samples of power metal genres.

Of course, they have lots of other beautiful songs a lot of thrash metal songs are included with some progressive perspective by this album here that ı created is a highly different, special, and unique N.W.OB.H.M. Helstar album ı believe, so enjoy the music.
