Rumble Militia is an underground punk & thrash metal band from Bremen Germany founded in 1985 by Efstathios Agoropoulos and Halkan Onuk.

The meeting of Diogenes of Sinope and Alexander the Great is one of the most discussed anecdotes from philosophical history. Many versions of it exist. The most popular relate it as evidence of Diogenes' disregard for authority, wealth, and decorum.

Alexander and Diogenes died on the same day, in 323 BC, the anecdote, and the relationship between the two people, have been the subject of many literary and artistic works over the centuries.

According to the legendary story,  Alexander asked if there was any favor he might do for him. 

To that, Diogenes replied: “Move a little to the right; you are blocking my sun.” 

Alexander then declared, “If I were not Alexander, then I should wish to be Diogenes.” 

This famous anecdote is known across the world.
