This is my special spaghetti Margherita recipe which is really so delicious.
Ingredients (For 2 Persons):
2/4 lb. spaghetti cooked and drained
(Linguine type is my favorite)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic minced
Some Fresh, organic, and good tomatoes chopped into cube shapes
Some sweet and some hot mixed green and red peppers chopped into small pieces
1 teaspoon rock salt
1. teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon fresh organic black pepper
1/2 lb. fresh mozzarella or cheddar or Parmesan cut into thin slices
some parsley cut in top pieces.
Some tomato paste and hot water.
Instructions:
Cook pasta. Set aside, or while the pasta is cooking prepare the sauce by whisking the tomato paste and hot water in a small pot for a short while and cook it.
In a large skillet pour the extra virgin olive oil over the pasta and mix with garlic tomatoes, peppers
salt and sugar.
Pour and share out your paste into two elegant spaghetti dishes and top the pasta with parsley and sliced mozzarella, cheddar, or Parmesan, and then finally pour the hot sauce that you had prepared before over the pasta man.
So your spaghetti is supposed to be ready to serve, bon-appetite.
