The concept and idea of a united world is the most brilliant side of all Star Trek film and tv series productions along with Picard, we see a variation of crew mixed from all sides of the society and races including some otherworldly alien races which is absolutely fantastic.
But unfortunately on the other hand there're also cons as usual.
1. we see the crew in modern uniforms, even though it's not a standard uniform but a different design for each individual we don't expect that kind of militaristic concept for an advanced hi-tech society,
An advanced and totally free society should be based on totally free outfits, and clothing in various different colors and designs.
2. There's a commander, a captain, lieutenants, sergeants, hierarchy, rank levels, and authority in the Enterprise,we don't expect however authority, ranks, and militaristic and fascistic attitudes in a totally free libertarian society and unless the society is not libertarian then in this case it still should considered to be a sort of primitive community because simply, it's not possible to talk about a totally free and civilized society through a militaristic perspective.
3. They're always in struggles and battles with so many other advanced alien civilizations but ı don't think and expect those sorts of primitive, offensive, aggressive, and negative attitudes from highly advanced otherworldly civilizations because violence is supposed to be contradicting a civilized perspective normally right?
4. They always deal with a 3D environmental space concept, aliens are rather multidimensional beings, and their ships are also pretty much biological, intelligent, and alive as well an advanced alien ship can make decisions and advanced maneuvers without asking the permission of the commanding crew on its own freely without the necessity of any individual's authority through it's stand-alone and separated artificial intelligence in order to avoid so many probable imminent threats such as an instant and unexpected crash of a meteor in the free space.
They can manipulate and control space and time, they are able to create alternate time-lines and they're able to move inside of the timelines forward and backward so they can live as much as they want, thousands of years because they can eliminate all the possible risk factors for their future, even the distant future.
5. They're able to jump into parallel universes and multidimensional string-based realms including the god realm.
6. We expect to see anarchist, long-haired rocker dudes inside of that goddamn ship man.
7. Why don't they just wander totally naked just as a nudist camp inside of that goddamn ship man? There's highly advanced air conditioning and enough room and space inside, right?
